This policy explains what information LexMi Information Technology Solutions ("LexMi," "we," or "us") collects through our apps and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or send feedback, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Study progress and settings. Our apps save your progress, bookmarks, and settings on your device. We do not receive this data unless an app offers an optional account or sync feature and you turn it on.
- Purchases. Google Play and the Apple App Store process all payments. We never receive your card details. The store may tell us that a purchase happened so we can unlock what you bought.
- Technical data. Some apps use crash reporting or analytics to help us fix problems. These tools may collect your device model, operating system version, app version, crash details, and general usage events. Each app's store listing names the services it uses.
- Advertising. If an app shows ads, the ad provider may collect your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings.
How we use information
- To run our apps and deliver what you purchased.
- To fix bugs, improve features, and keep our apps secure.
- To answer your messages and support requests.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our apps, such as app stores, hosting, crash reporting, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice in our apps or on this website.
