These terms govern your use of apps and websites published by LexMi Information Technology Solutions ("LexMi," "we," or "us"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
Study aids, not legal advice
Our law apps are educational tools. They summarize Philippine laws, rules, and court decisions and quiz you on them. They do not give legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. They do not replace the official text published in the Official Gazette or by the Supreme Court. Check the official text before you rely on any provision.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our apps or their content.
Purchases and refunds
Paid apps, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store's payment terms and refund policies apply to every purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer our apps, interfere with their operation, or use them to break any law.
Intellectual property
The text of Philippine laws and court decisions is public. Our summaries, questions, explanations, artwork, game content, and code belong to LexMi and are protected by law.
Disclaimers
We work to keep our content accurate and current, but laws and rules change. Our apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LexMi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on app content instead of the official text of the law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using our apps after an update, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
